How do I find the homes for lease?

In order to view the homes currently available for Lease or Purchase, just click on the tab on the left for the properties that are or soon will be available.

Is there more than one house in an area?

In some cases, there will be several homes to choose from in the area you have selected. For example, Grove City has 2 listings today. You might want to look before you move on.

What information is there about the homes?

Each home has a photo or two, the address of the house featured and the asking price and the lease price. You can on our mapquest link get driving directions to the house from your current location. In addition you will find out which schools your children would attend, the date you could move in and more details on the home.

How does a lease/purchase work?

A lease purchase is composed of two documents: a lease doc and a purchase option doc. The purchase option gives you the right to buy the home at anytime during the course of the lease for a predetermined price. Because it is an option, it is your choice to buy the home or to leave at the end of your lease term. You are not agreeing to buy the home when you lease it. Many of our customers do exercise the right to buy their home during the course of the lease. You do lock in the purchase price you will pay.

What do I Do Next?

If you see a home you like, you may e-mail us for more information, or you may drive by the home. You may call us at H. I. Realty, LLC at (614) 451-7100 for quicker answers to your questions or to schedule a showing of the home. For a pre-approval you may complete a credit application and fax it to us at (614) 474-1785, We will call you before we check your credit to verify the home that you are interested in is available.
